MyRentalUnits.com offers property owners an alternative to the expense of the typical 5% to 10% fees of a property manager, or the $39.95 “how-to” book from Amazon. We are something “in-between” - you might call us “property management LITE” or property management for the do-it-yourself owner. But whatever you call us, we are a new 21st Century approach to the business of residential property management.
