The MRU Team is busy drafting, editing and writing content. Our goal: to get superior property management advice content added to the MRUBeta web site so it is full of information, tips, best practices and how-to advice on the management of residential housing.
We “officially” launched on January 1, 2009; but we continue to add content and improve our content weekly. While our content won’t be complete (in fact, the content may never be complete because there is always more to add), we have many of the basic advice areas completed. In 2010 we will begin to launch some of our Professional Tools and Features. Be sure to take a look at the Risk Management Club if you are a property management company or an owner with more than 10 units. And remember, right now, EVERYTHING is FREE! And no credit card is required to register.
Remember, we want to become your first choice for advice and information for your residential property management questions, issues and concerns.
While we are still at the beginning of our site construction, the site is already full of great information and tools. While most sites are launched when their content is complete, we have elected to invite our guests and visitors to watch our drafting and editing process, something like a Blog which is built over time. By building the site publicly, we can obtain immediate feedback from our guests and registered users. That feedback has so far been very helpful and we look forward to hearing more from our users.
A small portion of the MRUBeta site is available to members of the public, whether or not they register for the site. However, the majority of the site content is available only to our registered users, who then become “members”. When logged in, they have full site access.
There is currently no cost associated with membership, so please register for the site to gain access to all sections. Become a frequent visitor, or writer, or contributor, use the available tools and let us know when you cannot locate something you need. We will do our best to get it created sooner rather than later. Please read our Terms and Conditions before you register for the site.
