New URL shortener:  BudURL.com

If you are a rental property owner or manager tweeting on Twitter about your available rentals, you are giving out URL addresses.  Sometimes these addresses are just TOO long to Tweet (remember you only have 140 character spaces).
The solution is to use one of the many URL shortener sites.  Most of them just shorten the URL; but a new generation of these tools is offering more features.  For example, some of them track the number of visitors who have used the site, or where they came from and some even provide this information in real time.
