There are LOTS of on-line payment solutions, but they seem to be designed and priced for the user with 1 or 2 units, or 10,000 units. Our complaint: Few solutions are cost effective for the small to mid-sized management company. Also, many lock you into products or services you don’t need or want as they are bundled. In addition, few companies explain their products and service pricing models without a salesperson contacting you. A little information would go a long way in having MORE potential customers interested in making the effort to connect.
