Partnering with MRU

MRU is interested in partnering with vendors who supply services and products to the rental housing industry.  By becoming a Preferred Vendor and providing preferred pricing to the MRU registered membership, an MRU vendor can gain exposure to a far greater number of potential clients as well as develop increased client recognition and loyalty.

MRU will work with preferred vendors to provide exposure and regular feedback regarding their service satisfaction levels, good and bad.  As MRU promotes itself, we will promote our vendor members.  MRU will monitor and alert you to any negative comments on our Forum Site, so that issues can be resolved before service interruptions occur, or client dissatisfactions develop.

We are currently looking for vendors in the following key service areas:

  • On-line property management software
  • Accounting software solutions (online and client computer based)
  • E-signatures
  • Payroll
  • Credit reporting
  • Apartment marketing
  • On-line rent payment collection
  • and others

Prospective partners and advertisors will receive no risk, no cost advertising through at least June 30, 2009!  There is absolutely no risk and no obligation in joining our advertising program today!
