Fair Housing Center Discussion Forum > Delinquent notices on colored paper

I've always posted severely delinquent residents' notices on red paper. I suggested to a collegue to try that at her property since she is having major delinquency issues and our regional said we can't do that because it is a Fair Housing violation by singling people out. The notices are obviously folded so no information is visible, it's just simply on red paper.

Any feedback?

Yes I agree, it becomes necessary sometimes. Even I have issued delinquent notices to some of the tenants in my rental property .
